DUI punishment options.?

I’m 18 and I got charged with a DUI in Fulton County, GA. The judge said that I can choose between a 6 week military school program or 6 months in jail. The problem is, I’m gay. I am afraid that either the military school will discriminate against me because of my sexual orientation and I’ll be forced to be in the ghetto Atlanta jail ruled by street thugs, or I’ll get bullied and gay bashed in the military school. What can I expect and can I use the ACLU to sue because it’s not fair?
Equal opportunity… half price on vaseline.
Why do you have to tell anyone your sexual orientation? I would say serve your time in military school and keep your mouth closed regarding your preferences. This punishment seems a little harsh IF it is your first DUI offense. And why would you use the ACLU to sue..sue whom? No one has done anything to you or are you assuming they will? You don’t need to shout from the roof tops who you sleep with.
Oh, absolutely! This is America. Jail is for the poor, black, dirty and uneducated. You shouldn’t have to be around those kind of people. Why should have to answer for your crime? You are in a protected class that is above punishment. You and Paris and all the other special people who are so much better than the rest of us. Sue my gay brother. Sue until those pig headed bastards finally see the world through your bleary, bloodshot eyes.
I’m also gay so I understand your fear. I’d be terrified too. I don’t think what you’re talking about it an actual school, it’s more like a boot camp type thing. That will be your best option, you don’t wanna be in an inner city jail trust me. I wouldn’t worry so much about homophobia though, they bust everybody’s butt in their everyday with all the training excersizes that nobody really has time to worry about bullying or if somebody is gay and at the end of the day everybody is so tired that they just wanna sleep. Just keep a positive attitude. You’ll be really fit when you get out lol.
