Yeah I did some research on this facility back in high school, and the Warden uses more of physical labor/humiliation as his specialties in rehabilitation.

does anybody know of any other jails that have this problem?…
what was the daily food list..i’ve been told that jails are allocated so much food. if prison population rises, the food prepared for them does not. i am in twin falls idaho, and our county jail has this problem…food allocated for 233 inmates and we have 314…(this is not actual figure) i just read about this a few months ago, in local paper where inmates were complaining of low rations. i believe this figure illustrates my point…does the jail here , in phoenix , have that problem?
