Men’s Health magazine is releasing its list of America’s drunkest cities in the March issue, based on data like drunk driver crashes and DUIs, severity of DUI penalties, liver disease, and binge-drinking frequency. Fresno, Reno, Billings, Riverside and Austin make up the top five, but Briefs wanted to know where Anchorage lands on the list.
