Missouri child support calculator question?

Question by bridget b : Missouri child support calculator question? I am trying to figure out what adjusted child support will be for my husband to pay for his daughter. The part that I am stuck on is “support obligation for other children in parents primary physical custody”. We have 3 children together but I do not know what number to put in that space on the form and cannot find a chart to figure this out. Best answer:

Answer by Bella
I believe what they mean is; if your husband has other children living with him (not yours) that he’s obligated to support, they take that into account. So if two of the children live with you and one with him, your support will be reduced and likewise if you have all three children but he has a new one at home or one from a prior relationship your support will be reduced.

What do you think? Answer below!

  1. rla26368 says:

Line 2c: Adjustment to gross income for other children in primary physical custody
DIRECTION: Enter the monthly amount of the support obligation of the parent for any children primarily residing in his or her custody and not the subject of this proceeding.
The amount of the adjustment is the amount in the schedule of basic child support obligations that represents that parent’s support obligation based only on that parent’s gross income and without any adjustment for other children for whom that parent is responsible.

the courts decide the actual amount per state laws and guidelines.. it would only be a estimate figure..are you filling out a form..or estimating what he will pay..only a judge has that information
