There’s no such site. The sites that do offer background checks charge for it because they have to pay to access it.

It doesn’t exist. It takes effort and time to collect that data. They won’t do it for free.

This a long and hard search
You have to go to each county court records
    And then state court records
The court is the one that places a warrant on any person
And those warrants are open to any person to see
    Like Bounty Hunters

Where do you live? Actually some states have sites where you can search for open/active warrants, although not all counties may participate.

Not all Indiana sheriff’s departments submit warrants to the site, but a few do. Also the doxpop site can tell you if any civil or criminal court cases are currently open on an individual, but you have to pay to get any more info than just a name.

No site, but a phone call to your local police department is free.
