Darby Looks to Toughen Breath Test Ordinance
DARBY – Town leaders in Darby are looking to toughen penalties for suspected drunken drivers who refuse to submit to blood or breath tests. The Ravalli Republic says that a proposed ordinance would impose a $1,000 fine on those who refuse a test and are subsequently convicted of DUI.
