TULSA — Spencer Leftwich is returning to Tulsa for a second stint as the Golden Hurricane’s offensive line coach. Head coach Todd Graham announced Tuesday that Leftwich would take the place of former co-offensive coordinator Herb Hand, who is leaving for a job in the Southeastern Conference.
