Image by me and the sysop we went to the post office today to mail the request for my driving record. i’ve got to get that along with my defensive driving certificate in order to get my speeding ticket dismissed.

i don’t know if i ever mentioned that. i made the cop chase me, though. there was heavy traffic, but he was on a motorcycle. i knew he could handle it. i just kept speeding along for a couple miles before he caught me.

anyhoo, i accidentally put my change into the bulk machine. oops. so i tried to get it back only to find the machines don’t provide change without purchase. the result? 50 one-cent stamps. yay. this is my poutty, oh my god i’m an idiot, face. ;(

Question by All you need is love : what is the jail sentence typically for 3rd dui offence? Okay so my friend is in jail right now awaiting sentencing on his 3rd dui offense in 10 years.. How long would someone typically get in jail for this offense. I know that the sentence is “up to 10 years in jail”, but I’m wondering what someone typically gets for this offense? 1 year? 5 years?
