Question by : what is thought of a minor misdemeanor conviction? I have a paltry fraud misdemeanor, in which is non dui related… Im attempting to get a security job, and they do a FBI backround check. in the advertisement it says “No significant misdemeanor convictions” … might this be considered major or small ??
