On May first new DWI or Driving While Intoxicated laws went into effect in Texas including Austin. One of the changes in the Driving While Intoxicated laws divided a first time arrest for DWI or Driving While Intoxicated into two different levels of punishment depending on whether you provided a breath and/or blood sample at a .15 or higher. www.dwivideoblog.com
