Question by Crazy Questions : DWI in Texas… Will Illinois suspend my drivers license even though Texas does not? I have an illinois driver’s license. i live in texas now. i might be charged with a DWI. The plea Texas has provided me with is “no driver’s license suspension” along with 12 months probation. My question is — will Illinois suspend my drivers license even though Texas does not?
