Mechanicsburg man charged with DUI, strikes telephone pole A drunk Mechanicsburg man crashed into a telephone pole in Upper Allen Township on Wednesday. The man, Kenneth Zygmunt, 43, crashed on Bumble Bee Hollow Rd where it intersects with West Lisburn Rd. Zygmunt is charged with DUI, Driving Under Suspension (DUI related), and Careless Driving.
