this guy makes a great argument.
it’s one thing to drive drunk it’s another two put somebody in cuffs for blowing a .08.if someone not being able to brake 0.37 sec. sooner causes an accident why not put some blame on the person who might’ve slammed on their brakes or pulled in front of them.why does the barely impaired person get 100% of the blame?also why is the punishment for blowing a 0.08 and a 0.28 the same?one is a menace the other would hit some cones on a autocross course
