Question by : Conservatives: Why do call undocumented immigrants “illegal aliens”? “Illegal” is uselessly vague. (“You’re under arrest.” “What’s the charge?” “You did something illegal.”)
“Illegal immigrant” is dehumanizing. Murderers, rapists, and child molesters are all legal persons who have committed illegal acts; but an otherwise law-abiding resident who doesn’t have immigration paperwork is defined as an illegal person.
And It’s contrary to the Fourteenth Amendment, which affirms that neither the federal government nor state governments may “deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.” An undocumented immigrant has violated immigration requirements, but is still a legal person under the law, as is anyone under the jurisdiction of the law. The equal protection clause was written to prevent state governments from defining any human being as anything less than a legal person.

“deny to any person within it’s jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws” That means ALL laws and all people including the residents and the laws on deportation of illegal aliens.

Calling someone an undocument immigrant is a misnomer. The very fact that someone is undocumented makes them illegally here. So they cannot be an immigrant by any standards cause they broke the law.
Its people like you who are in college getting God knows what kind of stupid degrees that is killing our country. If you don’t know that its illegal to be in this country without documents. Then all hope is gone in whatever college is teaching you.

A person in the country illegally is definitely NOT a legal immigrant

that person is an ILLEGAL immigrant. That person has immigrated to our country ILLEGALLY.

Not a native or naturalized American = alien. Here without the permission of the people = illegal. I actually prefer criminal alien since they are choosing to ignore the law.
It was written to prevent former slaves from being made second class citizens – nothing to do with aliens. That’s why it doesn’t mention citizens – it is assumed.

Well the 1st, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 14th, 15th, 16th and 19th amendments should be repealed those admendments hold back this country the bible should be law not the constatution and Illegal immigrants are Murderers, rapists, and child molesters.
