Can I drive a 50cc moped on a DMV restricted (DUI) license?

I got a DUI and my license is restricted to to/from work and alcohol. I am wondering if I can legally drive a 50cc moped around?

You would be able to drive to work and home on a 50cc vehicle(considering you have that license) but that would be it.
On an approved to/from work restricted license you can drive your car actually.
