Question by : What does a ” District Attorney Disposition Date” mean in a criminal case information record? I have a criminal case that I have not went to court for yet but I am out on bond, when I look up the case record online it now shows that there is a DA Disposition date and I don’t know what that means. Will I still have a court date or does it mean that the case is over? Best answer:

When an attorney whether its the defense or prosecutor wants to talk to someone before the trail about a case they call you in for a deposition. its just a recorded meeting between the attorney and who ever they called in.
