I’ve had my license before it got suspended for a DUI but I need my license to commute to this new job. I’m very ware its illegal to not have insurance but I could get it after I get my first pay check will the DMV let me get away with this or will I essentially get a middle finger and a “try again when you have insurance”?

Since your license is suspended, you won’t be commuting anywhere until you have a valid license. You can of course apply for a limited license to commute to work, and the court will probably give you one once you show them the proof of your SR-22 insurance filing.

number and are younger than 21 years, which means you were driving under the influence (Rule 0.08 is only for legal drinkers if minor with alcohol you get a DUI). So I would ask a lawyer if I were you or your future is in trouble.
