The question is pretty self explanatory, but to break it down, out of the all the holidays of the year, what is the holiday that has the most recorded DUI’s for that one day, New Years Eve? St. Patty’s Day? Super Bowl Sunday? Cinco De Mayo? There is a right answer to this… So what is it?

I have a feeling it’s superbowl sunday. Americans LOVE the superbowl more than new years eve, St. Patty’s day..all that.

    I’ll go with superbowl

I know superbowl has the most deaths by choking. I’d guess New Year’s Eve though. Lots of drinking and lots of cops.

well statistically more alcohol is surpisingly consumed on the fourth of july versus superbowl sunday so thatwould be my guess as to the date thathas the most DUI

This is surprising, but it’s the Fourth of July.

    After that? HALLOWEEN!

  6. RainbowSeer Says:

New Year’s Eve because so many non-drinkers drink on this day.

New Years, 4th of July, and of course St Patricks day

There is a stronger Police presence on holidays, and people are made aware of it for their own safety. I’ve never checked statistics, but from my own experience, I would have to say Cinco de Mayo. This could vary depending on location.
