   You’ll lose your license for 6 months to a year and pay major fines. You could do some time but probably won’t unfortunately. Expect your car insurance to skyrocket due to all that irresponsibility.

   Get a lawyer that specializes in DUI

   Do not throw yourself on the mercy of the court and try to represent yourself.

   The “typical fine is $1,000 and some of that can be waived, (no guarantees). But the process takes months. Your license is already suspended as of the arrest, you can not drive. the suspension will be 30 to 90 days minimum, but it can be up to a year. A lawyer will help you get work privileges provided you are working and can obtain a signed letter fro your employer. You will likely be sentenced to 3 to 5 days in jail or a live in 3 day DUI school, this costs about $750

   Your insurance will definitely go up and you will have to pay court costs, attorney fees and likely a fine for underage drinking, The judge at his / her discretion can order an alcohol abuse assessment, $150 more. This determines if you need to be admitted for drug and alcohol counseling, which could cost up to $5000

   You are in deep shite. Do yourself a favor and start searching for a local DUI lawyer. And the worst possible thing you can do now is to get caught driving without a license., Do not do it, the fines and penalties are staggering
   The reinstatement fees when your license is renewed are between $500 and $750
