I would like to get a FL license before my WI license is suspended. Is this possible, or will WI notify FL to suspend my license?

It is possible, but the information is shared today, by computer and it is likely that FLA will find out and refuse the new license

No. Before, the computer systems weren;t linked amongst states. Now they are. you can take a chance, but make sure you arent breaking the law by doing this… or else, you might have just turned yourself in to the authorities.

Probably not based on the pending charges; and a single state suspension would apply nationwide.

You would surrender your WI license to get your Fl license. Then when they discovered your WI conviction they would suspend your Fl license and prosecute you for fraud.

Having a little trouble negotiating the straight and narrow are you?

Your in the computer already and no matter what State you go to, your record follows you around. The DOT will know what you have done if you go to Florida.
