YES ! Once the warrant has been issued, it will be enforced. If you go ahead, and pay the fine, then the judge will probably dismiss the case, or just give you a little bit of community service.

    It depends on:
    1. If your warrant is listed as extraditable. If you are entering in a different state from the warrant, and it is a non-extradition warrant, you will not be held on it. If you re-enter in the same state, you will be held and handed over to local police.

    2. If you are not a U.S. citizen. If you are not and you are not held on the warrant, you will likely be denied access to the country, regardless of any work visas you may have.

It doesn’t matter what state or if it is extraditable. U.S. Customs agents are federal agents and as soon as they run your passport at the customs desk a red flag will come up showing you have a warrant for your arrest. Federal databases have access to every warrant in every state. You’d be lucky if customs didnt add an eluding charge to your rap. Just come back to US, get arrested, pay the fine, and own up to your mistakes. thats the best advice i can give you.

Yes, and you should be arrested for being illiterate alone. Take an English class while you’re in jail for gosh sakes.
