Is a DUI considered a serious misdemeanor?

I have a DUI & for a job I was offered I cant have an serious misdemeanors & I just need to know if a DUI is considered a serious misdemeanor.

Darn straight it is! A DWI is a FELONY, and the difference between an DWI and a DUI is only blood alcohol content.

Yes, a DUI is considered a serious offense. It tells employers of a possible alcohol problem and reckless, not to mention criminal behavior.
