Is our new black attorney general a “black people come first” appointee?

Question by D.B. Cooper : Is our new black attorney general a “black people come first” appointee? Even when it comes to crime, Obama puts black people first. His top priorities are to stop racial profiling, disparities in sentencing, more hate crime laws, and no extra penalty for gang association. http://www.ontheissues.org/Domestic/Barack_Obama_Crime.htm Our new black attorney general, Eric H. Holder Jr. has shown us that race is the most important issue for him. http://mobile.washingtonpost.com/detail.jsp?key=347256&rc=to&p=1&all=1

Shouldn’t Attorney General Holder be more worried about how:
Blacks (only 12% of the population) committed almost 55% of all murders in 2006 when the race of the offender was known?

As for blacks raping whites, more than 26,000 (73 a day) in 2006,
As for whites raping blacks, less than 10 (1 every 36 days) per year.
Do the math, that’s more than 99.9%.

For those of you who don’t believe my research, and try to prove my stats wrong, they’re straight from the Bureau of Justice Statistics: http://www.ojp.usdoj.gov/bjs/abstract/cvusst.htm It’s all there. It might be a little too complicated for those of you who are both under 25, and have no college degree. Best answer:

Wow, this question is LOADED. As far as the stats go, you should probably note that although the frequency of criminal activity is higher among the AA population, the gravity of offenses by Casians are far higher. If frequency is supposed to imply something; I’ve yet to see any community that has as much crushing poverty as the Black American one does, and doesn’t have trouble.

No extra penalty for gang association is a big no-no. We can’t help it that minorities tend to form gangs with nasty induction ceremonies and even nastier offenses. Every person, regardless of race, should be punished accordingly with the law.

Race is always the most important for these elitist blacks, because they know they won’t be called “racist.” It’s “impossible” for any other race to be racist, I guess.

    HYPOCRITES!
