can a guy be hired in US for a fulltime position i if his license is suspended(No DUI,No criminal records)?

Suppose a persons driving license is suspended due to too many points in an year,will the employers in the US hire him for a full-time position provided,he has cleared the interview?

Yes providing he has a legal state ID and you have a reliable way to work

I had my license suspended in CA about 15 years ago. (So I don’t know if the laws have changed.) I was able to get a full time job. I can’t imagine you’ll have a hard time, unless the job requires driving.
