A Fox 31 Investigation has uncovered extremely disturbing documents in the life of Elbert County Sheriff Candidate Brian Weiss; his interview with Fox 31 about his candidacy also reveled a man with a somewhat questionable memory.

At 12:30 a.m. a deputy responded to and assisted with a traffic accident at North Division and Pioneer Road. At 11:45 a.m. Samantha J. Larsen, 30, was arrested at the Detention Center on a Sterling Police Department warrant for failure to appear. Bond was set at $100.
