dui course could have got them back 20 years ago

  2. entidtil says:

Take the course and get your license

yes what you do as a minor, unless it is a capitol crime they cannot hold this against you. get a lawyer.

The best idea is to just go into the 18 month cours, and do it. I know that you’re not drinking any more, but you should do whatever it takes to get your licence. The way that the DMV looks at it, is if you do it one time in your life, then chances are is that you’re going to do it again. So that is why DMV is very leary of wanting to give you a licence without the course.

Simply do the course they require..You had your fun but that doesn’t mean simply cause time passed your excused. Fess up and pay for your mistakes. DUI’s are serious and it may have been funny but you could have killed someone in the process. Now your 42 and sorry to say but still looking for an easy way out. Didn’t you ever learn from your mistakes or mistakes of other’s that take lives every year.
