I havent yet been convicted for a dui from the dmv & im getting a background check done today will it show up?

Im getting a background check is a job and I’m not sure whether the DUI because they havent been convicted appears so even though my license is suspended, the know-how anyone does it work?

    innocent until proven guilty
if ur license is suspended, then i would say – yes, it will probably show up

Pretty much the first thing they will check on a background check is your drivers license. It will show up as suspended for a pending DUI.

Convictions do not show up until they have become actual convictions. Pending trials or legal actions do not show up because they have not yet been finalized. (After all, it’s possible to be acquitted.)

Arrests, however, once arraigned, do show up. Given the time frame (recent), you may be questioned about it. Perhaps not, depends on what they’re concentrating on.

Drivers license suspensions do not show up as those are traffic records, not criminal.
