Manoj Gautam, who was behind the wheels of the car, was arrested for rash and negligent driving. He was subsequently granted bail, police added. how about instead of stupid laws, you make the driving “test” Be a real test rather than BS laws that arent even followed.
Something like LEARNING how to drive is more importent than training time or times when you can and cant drive.
You should be allowed to drive at age 12.
A 12 year old who LEARNS how to dive is 99x better than a 44 year old fucktard who cant drive.
