If you drink 3 beers yeah you might be .09 a minute after but if you drink 4 beers and wait two hours you should not blow over the limit. An Arizona officer said not to have anything in your system, thats absurd that they think it wrong for people to have a few drinks at dinner and drive home.
A friend blew a .43 and he was charged with a DUI. The state threatened ‘attempted manslaughter’ because he chose to drive a car after one beer. He had no chopice but to plea to the DUI. The courts blackmailed him. 93% of DUI cases in AZ are plea bargained because of all the blackmail. This needs to stop. We are in charge of our govt. We need to change this crap.
DUI laws in Arizona are a joke! Abortion is legal but DUI gets you jail time.
