Question by taradake87: 2nd DUI in califirnia and I am underage does anyone know what kind of charges I am facing?
I have 20 year old. I got a DUI back in NOV last year, and just recently received another one my BAC was .09. and I was driving on a suspended licence. This happend in racho cucamonga, CA. Does anyone know what kind ofcharges I might be facing or if there is anyway I can avoid jailtime.

I am surprised you not in jail now. Driving on a suspended lisence is jail by it self…You are facing a real long time on probation, maybe some jail time, and a huge fine.

And by the way…STOP DRINKING AND DRIVING YOU DUMBA$ $ before you kill someone.

Question by Monica: What type of questions are on the MA drivers permit test?
I’ve read the permit book and took notes on all of the information, but i was wondering if most of the questions on the permit test were about road rules, or legal stuff (fines) ?

I’m just wondering what information i should study a little more before i take it this week…

Also, how hard / easy was the test?

That’s what you left behind for that person to take care of. Yes, the police do want to talk to you and when they’re done, the other person’s insurance wants a shot at you too. If you “didn’t really know how the insurance works”, you should have familiarized yourself before you started driving.
