DemocracyNow.org – Democracy Now! asks V-Day founder Eve Ensler to comment on the case of Dominique Strauss-Kahn, the former head of the International Monetary Fund who pleaded not guilty to sexually assaulting a housekeeper, a Muslim-African woman, working at his New York City hotel. “I think what’s amazing is that a woman has come forward to prosecute and that a female judge held it, and I think that is where the world has changed,” says our guest, V-Day founder Eve Ensler.
“The fact that DSK raped and attacked a house keeper…”
Someone must be wishing they’d kept their big mouth shut eh?
I can’t believe how one-sided Eve sees things. A tendency to blindly accept things that reinforce her own position and reckless promote it as “the fact.” A real lack of critical mind.
I know there is injustice, but saying crap like this just makes makes her lose credibility in my eyes.
