please if prochoice or if your are for the womans rights please do not answer this question, unless you understand that i am for”preventing abortions. i am looking for other ideals other than my own theory on the abortion issues. in my opinion if” unwanted pregencies were prevented the abortion process may end, and i believe that with the use of a contraceptive implant for the 10 year old girls in the public schools and the children both male and female were taught about sexuality from pre-school through high school, and at the age of 18 or the ability to understand the reproduction process in the appropiate way to preserve human life and the end of the immoral acts of our sexuality and the horrific results to another human being that has a spirit at conception and is never allowed the privilage to enjoy the right to life once conceived and could have survived as a human being. I assume past offensives would have a grandfather clause. If you know anything about the criminal justice system they can’t punish people for a crime that wasn’t a crime at the time. But I would assume for future “aborters” the mother, doctor and staff would be punished. Honestly, i doubt the government would have to enforce it. The reason why these laws were put into place was because women were going to back alley abortion doctors and a lot of them died from it.
A way to prevent abortion? How about better education on sexual reproduction. Not that hour long “sex” speech we get in middle school or high school. How many parents being parents and realizing their kids are going to have sexual urges. Being up front with kids about what they are going through and how to handle it. How about making TV/movie/media less about sex and more about being yourself? How about father’s staying in their children’s life, so girls don’t develop bad daddy syndrome. Or we could have more resources for single mothers, mothers who are in school.
I see your question and I’ll raise you this one. After the government outlaws abortions. How much extra money are they going to put into to system for child born with birth defects? I hope you realize that if a women can’t abort an unwanted pregnancy, she is then going to try and make herself miscarry. Which of course there are a ton of ways to increases the chances of miscarriage but there is no sure way to guarantee it. So the end result more children are going to be born with birth defects because the mother never wanted the child and didn’t take care of herself. But w.e i guess the kid should be thankful to be alive right? Despite the fact that it is missing half its brain, its body is horribly disfigured, or its missing limbs…
p.s. show me where it says the spirit enters the body at conception…
