So I will be filng open records request to find out for sure if it was due to the counterclaim. I cant wait to see what will happen in glendale now since I filed charges just for starters. Nothing is for sure but I will defend myself one ticket at a time

Could you show that your ticket was dismissed, because your counterclaim being dismissed doesn’t mean the ticket was.

If all you had to do to beat a speeding ticket is file a bogus counterclaim, don’t you think the word would be out by now? WAIT……you’re excited because your counterclaim got dismissed? Seems like the court is saying that no law, policy, etc. applies to YOUR counterclaim, meaning you don’t have a legal leg to stand on. You do realize (or maybe you don’t) that the original ticket still stands against you. And filing charges against the state that the state deems false will ALWAYS get dismissed, and could land you in trouble…..
