In Court: Assault and Battery; Northborough Woman Loses License for OUI By Sandy Quadros Bowles Rafael Vazquez, 44, of 180 East Main St., Apt. 312, Westborough, was summonsed to court on a complaint May 5 by Northborough police and charged with OUI, open container violation and speeding in violation of special regulations. 2 men face charges in pair of assaults against same woman at U of Iowa … The Johnson County sheriff's office told KGAN-TV ( http://bit.ly/M9G3Bv ) that 19-year-olds Hayes Obinna-Ozoh and Kenneth Devonta Clayton are suspected of assault and false imprisonment.
