JULY 19 REPORT OF AN ARREST: City – officer observed a vehicle that had violated a traffic law. Officer stopped the vehicle and identified the operator as Gretchen Westreicher, age 44 of Ely. During the officer’s investigation Westreicher was arrested for DUI No. 1 and no driver’s license in possession

The person responsible for driving his truck into a crowd along the Las Vegas Strip near Margaritaville has been arrested. He now faces charges of drunk driving and hit and run.
