I had a DUI when I was 19 and lost my license, if I’m 23 now, do I still have to take Alcohol classes in CT?

I already paid the fine and I was also supposed to take the classes but never did, and four years have passed… so I was hoping that maybe because now that I’m over 21, I wouldn’t have to take them… If I do, that’s fine too… by the way this is in Connecticut.
